- When You Buy Your Home Through Me -

• I WILL answer any and all questions with real answers!
• I WILL work closely with you to determine your unique needs & wants in a property.
• I WILL show you all homes or parcels available in the price range you dictate, not Me, regardless of which real estate company has the listing.
• I WILL continually check the Multiple Listing computer for new properties which may fit your profile.
• I WILL work with lenders & mortgage brokers to find the loan package which will fit your particular financial situation. I have an expert team of lenders at your disposal, who are just as dedicated and conscientious as I am.
• I WILL upon location of suitable property, assist you with the paperwork & help negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf.
• I WILL open escrow & follow the paperwork throughout the process, providing an expert assistant to keep you advised of the progress
• I WILL assist with all appropriate inspections', well quantity & water quality, physical inspections, septic certifications, etc...

There is no cost to you for these services. The seller pays my fee. All I ask is that you allow me to represent you when you buy.
